The Croston Theatre, Westholme School

In 2011 we moved to our current venue, The Croston Theatre at Westholme School in the rural outskirts of Blackburn. Our move to this large, modern and well-equipped theatre has proved to be very popular, not only with our performers who praise the acoustics, backstage areas and ambience, but also with our audience who find it comfortable and easily accessible. Seating is arranged in two main central blocks and also to either side of the stage, ensuring a good view whatever your preference. Directions:

By car – From M6 Junction 31 take the A59 exit on to Preston New Road, signposted to Blackburn. At the roundabout continue towards Blackburn on the A677, passing Samlesbury Hall on your left. 6 miles from the M6, turn right on to Meins Road immediately before the Woodlands Hotel. After 1 mile along this country road, Westholme School entrance is clearly signposted on your right. Follow the main drive to the large free parking area.
By rail – Blackburn railway station is accessible by taxi 2.7 miles away
